HMT is a heavy machinery rigging and transport company founded for manufacturers who need more than a truck and a hope. We survey the route, rig the load, haul it door-to-door, and set it on the floor — one ticket, one crew, zero mid-job handoffs.
Who we are
Plant-floor people.
Not brokers.
We grew up around machines that do not forgive mistakes — CNC centers, presses, molders, and line equipment that cost more than a building bay and cannot sit crooked for “just a day.”
That background shows up in how we survey a path, how we write a lift plan, and how we leave the floor when the job is done: clean documentation, torque notes, and a walkthrough with the people who will run the asset tomorrow.

How we work
Three rules that
keep a move honest.
One crew
The same team that walks the site is the team that picks, hauls, and commissions. We do not hand your job to a second vendor mid-move. That continuity is how we keep schedules honest and blame nowhere to hide when something needs fixing.
Written plans
Every job gets a rigging plan before a chain touches steel: center of gravity assumptions, sling angles, pick points, exclusion zones, and hardware sized to the load. Verbal “we’ve done this before” is not a plan — and it is not how we work.
Permitted haul
Escort-rated haulers, filed permits, and corridor knowledge keep oversize assets moving legally and on time. Live tracking from dispatch to drop means your plant knows where the machine is — and when the gate should open.

Many moves fail after the machine is on the pads — when power, pneumatics, or controls were treated as someone else’s problem. When disconnect and reconnect are in scope, we coordinate with your automation and EHS teams through a planned power-on.
The goal is simple: the move ends in production readiness, not a week of finger-pointing about who owns the last cable.
