What helps us reply faster
A few details
go a long way.
You do not need every field filled. The more of this you can include in the project details box, the faster we can propose a survey date.
- Machine type / manufacturer (CNC, press, molder, skid, etc.)
- Approximate weight and footprint if known
- Origin and destination addresses or plant names
- Target outage window or go-live date
- Whether electrical disconnect / reconnect is required

How we reply
One form.
One project lead.
No ticket ping-pong across three vendors. You write once; a single HMT lead owns the reply — including whether we need a site walk before quoting a hard schedule.
Incomplete details are fine. Approximate weight, a photo of the nameplate, or “we think it is a 40-ton press” is enough to start.
